Rental management


Our rental management package offers an all-in-one solution for renting out and managing your property. 

Slijpen Real Estate advertises your property on various websites, plans viewings, and performs a full screening of prospective tenants before the key transfer. We also draw up a fully checked tenancy agreement in Dutch and English for a fixed or indefinite period. Slijpen Real Estate will then schedule the key transfer and act as the first point of contact for tenants. The financial and technical management of the property is our responsibility. We are the first contact person for tenants, answer all their questions, and manage everything for the landlord. As this means outsourcing the active management of property (or properties), you benefit from the tax advantages of ‘box 3’.


Slijpen Real Estate will perform the following management tasks on your behalf: 

Financial and administrative property management

  • Collecting rent payments: checking your tenant’s rent payment and transferring it to your account. You will also receive an up-to-date monthly payment statement.
  • Monitoring payments and rent arrears.
  • Registering and deregistering with energy suppliers.
  • Signing contracts with energy suppliers.
  • Issuing dunning notices and calling in a bailiff if necessary.
  • Making payments on behalf of the landlord.
  • Taking care of rent increases and related written notifications.
  • Calculating and deducting advances and costs for facilities and services.
  • Taking care of correspondence between tenant and landlord.

Technical Property Management

  • Being the first point of contact for tenants.
  • Being contactable in case of complaints and malfunctions.
  • Performing initial and final inspections and preparing inspection reports.
  • Performing inspections in the event of complaints.
  • Performing periodic and preventative inspections.
  • Providing maintenance advice.
  • Handling and resolving faults and complaints.
  • Requesting quotes, placing orders, and monitoring the performance of work.

If you choose the rental management package, you’ll receive a reduced rate on both the first and subsequent rentals!
